Help Desk
New Chat... new problems.. as nice as the new chat is, there are still some little problems:We hope that as soon as we have the help desk up we can offer some solutions.
| Trouble loading the chat : | 1st: delete the temporary internet files in your browser |
| 2nd: make sure you have the new java installed (get it here) | |
| 3rd: disable popup blocker and spywarescanner | |
| 4th: restart the computer and try again | |
| Trouble with chat and MAC : | The Chat does NOT run on Macintosh OS 9.x and below systems.It runs best on OS X when using Firefox, MSIE, or Safari. We suggest you to use the Software Update utility in OS-X to make sure you're using the very latest version of Java. OS-X 10.4.7 or better is strongly recommended. |
